Stefan Kulk is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Intellectual Property Law. His PhD research project is titled: ‘Towards flexible rules on intermediary liability for copyright infringement’.
He has conducted research on the legal aspects of open data policies at Delft University of Technology. He also worked as a junior researcher at the Institute for Information Law of the University of Amsterdam.
Stefan graduated from the University of Amsterdam where he attended the information law research master program. He also studied U.S. intellectual property law at Cardozo Law School in New York.
